Pear Tree Farm had a great sale result on 12th August at the South Island Sale and were 4th highest on the vendors list of averages at the completion of the sale.
We were particularly delighted to receive $56,000 for the Danroad–Snow Reason chestnut colt who was purchased by NZB and will head to Hong Kong. He was the 2nd top priced horse of the sale and was the top priced South Island horse.
We took five horses to the sales and sold all five. They have all gone to good homes where they will get the best possible chance of making it to the racetrack. We will follow their progress with much excitement.
