Will my horse be turned out in a large mob?
No. Pear Tree Farm prides itself on individual care and attention of all horses. This includes being mated up with a couple of friends and as much as possible, kept with those friends during their stay on the property.
My horse has just undergone surgery and needs a bit of TLC, does Pear Tree farm offer this?
Yes – depending on the nature of the post surgery care required, we can offer very price competitive care.
When does my colt start costing me more?
Once the colt has reached one year of age (as at 1st August of the year following his birth).
What vaccinations does my horse require?
Tetanus and strangles vaccinations. This can be done on arrival if not vaccinated.
What about insurance?
We strongly recommend that you do insure your horse although this is your choice. Pear Tree Farm provides all care and attention but is not responsible for any loss.
